Getting Started & Account Setup

How do I open a SpennX account?

 

  • Download the SpennX app from Play Store or App Store

     

  • Sign up with your phone number or Ethereum wallet 

     

  • Create your PIN and follow the prompts

Yes. SpennX lets you register securely with your Ethereum wallet, no SIM card needed.

Use the “Forgot PIN” option in the app. You’ll verify using your phone number or wallet.

Sending & Receiving Money

Send to:

  • A phone number

  • Bank account

  • Ethereum wallet

  • Mobile money 

 

Enter the recipient’s details, amount, and confirm with your PIN.

Yes, transfers reflect within seconds. Some may take 1–2 mins due to blockchain confirmation.

Yes. Share your payment link or Social ID, anyone can pay you directly.

Blockchain Transactions

All transactions go through the blockchain first. This means:

Go to Wallet > Dashboard to:

  • Filter by date, type, or currency 

  • Export reports as PDF/CSV

Quick Fixes & Troubleshooting

Check your dashboard. If it’s still pending after 2–3 minutes, tap:
Help > Chat Support > “Payment Not Received”

Go to:
Card Settings > Enable International Payments
Also, check if the site accepts 3D Secure or virtual cards.

Some basic features may work offline (view balance, scan QR), but sending/receiving needs internet.
